Terms of use

The deal

Zezado is free for people looking for work, and always will be. Employers can post jobs and hire for free too. In return, everyone agrees to the rules below. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older (18 where the law requires it) and use your real name.
• One person, one account. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what's done with it.
• What you put on your profile must be true. Don't claim jobs, schools or skills you don't have.

For employers

• Only post real, open jobs that you are hiring for, with the real pay range. We ask every 14 days whether a job is still open, and pause it if you don't say.
• Answer every applicant: a decision by a person, within 14 days. If you don't, Zezado closes the application in your name, and your Answer Score shows it.
• Never charge candidates anything, and never ask for payment, bank details or ID documents before an offer.
• Don't ask for or decide on age, gender, religion, marital status, appearance or other protected characteristics, unless the law of the job's country requires it.
• Use applicants' data only to hire for the job they applied to.

What's not allowed

• Scams, fake jobs, pyramid schemes, or jobs that require paying to start.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or sharing someone's private information.
• Spam, mass connection requests, or automated access such as scraping and bots.
• Pretending to be someone else, or another company.
• Anything illegal where you or the job are.

Anyone can report a job, post, comment or person. We review reports, may remove content, and may suspend accounts that break these rules. Jobs reported by several people are paused while we look.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. You let Zezado show it on the service to the people it's meant for, as described in the privacy policy, for as long as it's there. Delete it, or your account, and we stop.

Our part

We work to keep jobs real and Zezado available, but we can't promise that every job, employer or person is genuine, or that the service never fails. We're not party to any job offer or employment contract between you and an employer. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in your data. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.
