Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page and we'll email you a code. If you turned on two-step sign-in and lost your phone, use one of your recovery codes instead.

On your profile page, open “Account and sign-in”. When you change your email, we ask you to confirm the new address.

On your profile page, open “Your data”. You can download everything first. Deleting removes your profile, applications and messages, and can't be undone.

Every application shows where it stands in Applications: applied, reviewed, interview, and the final answer. Every application on Zezado gets an answer within 14 days.

Yes. Open it in Applications and choose Withdraw. The employer sees that you withdrew, not why.

Yes. In Applications, open “Applied elsewhere” and add the job. Only you see these.

Go to For employers and create your company. Posting jobs is free. A tick appears next to your company once we've checked it's real.

We check each company by hand. Until then your jobs still go live, without the tick.

On your profile page, open “Privacy and blocking” and choose who can see it: anyone with the link, people signed in to Zezado, or only your connections and employers you apply to. Your applications and messages are never public.

Open their profile and choose Block. You won't see each other's profiles, posts or comments, and can't connect. You can also block a whole company. Nobody is told.

Don't send money or documents. Use Report on the job, or write to us below with the topic “Safety”. Read our safety guide for the signs to look for.
